Pickling potty.

Made today, 6 1/2 lb piccalilli using a combination of Vals' recipe and one I found on a site called 'The Foody'.  I don't like things very tangy and spicy (not kind to the elderly digestive whatsits) so I adjusted the sugar and spices.  It's super for a cost of about 40p a jar. 

Also made mixed pickled veg using Val's sweet vinegar recipe, and for those like me it's perfect, have yet to jar this but roll on Christmas. ::) ::) ::)
