This recipe

will work with mixed berries, instead of just the raspberries....use the sugar with pectin in to make sure of a set.

Just reduce the quantities to match the weight of the fruits you have.
I'd wait till you have defrosted the fruits a bit, so you have some moisture before you start to heat them.........good luck ;)

Would have said so or cooking it too long.  It's your first time Jamie, don't let it put you off as this will make good jam for tarts ... there's always an up side. :D
