Well, this is my first year growing, and these are my first two cauli's...(hope I do this piccy thing properly....)

steamed for 4 minutes , a lovely cheese sauce in the oven for 10 miutes ,

great caulis mate , well grown

Home-grown caulis freshly picked are the bees knees. Yours are beauties. What variety did you grow, if you don't mind sharing the info?

Sorry i may have upset some people (ww)  ;). But I've lost the packet  :(, so I can't help with that one.

But all i did was plant them then prayed after reading how difficult they can be.  ??? :blink:

As for taste... UNBELIVABLE!!! Cooked in half the time a shop bought one takes (nearly over cooked them if we hadn't kept checking them in eagerness). And the taste?? Well, nothing was left so that says it all  8) 8)

Anyway... Thank you ALL for the great comments, I can't belive it myself really  :wub:
