Sad day
«

When i went out to the girls earlier on i found Betty dead. I have had her for 2 years and she was a ex bat. She was beautiful and so friendly she would jump on to my lap if i was sitting in the garden and was always first for treats. I dont think i will ever get used to having them die even if they are worn out and getting older.

This is sad news indeed.
In Nature, nothing/Nobody lives for ever. but you can be rest assured that the Love and Care displayed gave her a Very,Very Happy last few years.

So very sorry for your sad loss. You gave her a fantastic end to her days, she would have passed a happy chook. I admire anyone who takes on ex batts. You do such a brilliant job.
