novice grower here (2nd season) this is my first attempt at cauliflowers and so far i am happy with my results. today i have noticed very tiny white flys almost look like specs of dandruff (see piccy) also posted piccy of my first one with an inside
anyway do i need to worry about these flys? if so how/what do i need to do to get rid of them?

Nothing to worry about and no real need to take any action. But they will reproduce and your 'dandruff' will become a snow storm, when the plant is knocked.
More concerned with your netting-the spaces don't look small enough to stop the cabbage white from getting to the plant.

I would think that finger size is plenty big enough for a cabbage white to squeeze through. They just fold their wings back and walk on through. Also if the leaves are touching the netting they will just sit on the netting and lay eggs through it on to the leaves. About 7mm minimum size or preferably something like debris netting is what you need
