Anyone tried freezing bubble and squeak patties? 

Just wondering if the cooked cabbage in them would make them soggy and should the little patties be fried before freezing to get them crispy and then just reheated in the oven or left as made to fry from frozen.

Yes - either way OK, but I much prefer fried from frozen. Make them thin enough and they don't need defrosting either.
