This is my first time growing cucumbers. I have 3 F1 Burpless Tasty Green in a growbag.

They are healthy plants about 3 ft high with 6/7 leaves and small fruits forming. Each has a cane up which the main stem is being tied.

Side shoots are starting to grow at each node. What next?

You can tie on more canes to make a trellis effect......I'm growing mine up a small wigwam.
You can of course just let them ramble on the ground

If you set up a Munty frame, set the pot beside that. This year I planted all my cukes at my frame and trained them up the strings. Now they've taken off, very happy to be climbing

I know they can climb but do I just leave the side shoots, take them off or stop them after a couple of leaves? Do I continue the main stem or stop it?

Cukes won't behave like toms, so don't take off any leaves or vines, just leave it as is if you expect any cropping. Their stems are more delicate and full of water and to do any clipping is asking for immediate disaster.
