Onions nearly ready and mildew is now showing on them. Could I bend the leaves down and lift up next week, or do I remove the leaves. Help!!

Where's the mildew? On the leaves / stems or at the base?

Either way I think you need to gently ease them up with a fork and allow as much air around them as possible to help them dry...

Someone will come along with a more reliable suggestion any minute
