It just looks like old leaves dieing off where it has been too hot, to me.

the ones i have in the garden also look the same! the strawberrys taste good though so im not too worried! They are about 4 years old now though so taking lots of runners and will put them in the compost this year

I think it may well be needing a drop of the wet stuff - generally a bit hot for them.
