Can anyone help!!  We are new to this and not quite sure where we are going wrong.  We have planted the peas, put netting round, even tried slug pellets and yet the leaves keep disappearing!!!  Where are they going?  What keeps eating them?  Where are we going wrong?  Both ajoining plots have peas that are booming!!!!

If they are germinating and then disappearing, I suspect it's birds.  The sparrows and the pigeons are eating mine 

If they are not germinating, it could either be the weather (too hot, too dry, too anything else  ) or mice

Any sign of creepy crawlies? If not I would suspect Keel slugs.

We have used slug pellets.........Mice may be the culprit though!!!  They are certainly small enough to get through the netting
