Having for the first time grown aubergines, the plants have attracted blackfly, I have sprayed them with chilli/water and brought the pot indoors, yet the problem remains. Any help advice would be great, as I'm concerned these pests will kill off an otherwise healthy plant. Should I just leave outside and not worry, or is action needed? Erainn

I have greenfly on mine you can spray with water with a drop of washing up liquid in it, or just keep squashing them.
