Parsnips & Dwarf french beans ...... I have some seeds that I haven't used yet and if its ok to plant them I will do that today.

The dwarf french beans should be fine (I hope so, as I am intending to plant a few more this weekend!)

I would go with the parsnips too as I love little ones as they are so sweet!

You can definitely plant the french beans, I haven't sown my second batch yet. Not sure about parsnips though as this is my first year with them - they seem to grow quite slowly.

Now that I've lifted my first spuds (Pent Jav) I'm re-planting the area with parsnips - did the same last year and had a fairly good crop until well into February this year.

Beans definately be OK, Parsnips a bit late but worth a try at least you'll get baby snips for roasting.

I will be doing snips this weekend, did some even later last year and although small the were lovely
