Is this chick a frizzle or pekin?

As you've probably seen in my previous topic (Chicks!!! (More photos added), I've 2 chicks. 1 mixed bantam and 1 black pekin or black frizzle.

I'm not sure if the black one is a pekin, or a frizzle.

Which do you think it is?

I just thought I'd let you know the chick is a frizzle. We're still not sure on which sex it is, but have decided to name it Pingu if it's a boy and Pinga if it's a girl because he/she looks like a little penguin if you know what I mean!
