What about looking in the local garden centre?  I bought some about a month ago and they are doing brilliantly, much better than the ones I planted from seed.  There were about 5 in each 3" pot and I didn't hold out much hope as had read on here that they don't like to be transplanted.  Well they are doing amazingly and are way ahead of mine, so I guess you never can tell.
