not happy

You are not alone.  They are eating the stems of our earlies.  Going to have a furtle and see how far they have got.

They are damaging my lettuce and spinach, I've found loads in the bed and squished them but there's always a few of the little blighters you can't find eh? I don't want to use slug pellets as the dogs have the run of the garden and they eat anything so no dount poisoned slugs would be too tempting for them.
I'm offerring my boys some cold hard cash to go slug and snail hunting this evening to try and thin out the local population as there all of a sudden seems to be soooooo many!
