[The Norfolk Turkey]

The chilli and pepper plants have tiny white bugs on that look like whitefly and some like tiny white spiders? Ive squirted them with some water and washing up liquid thinking that might sort the little devils - does anyone know what they are and if I can get rid of them this way, or will I just have hands as soft as my face?!
