I have a Flower Carpet rose bush, which for the past couple of years has grown and given some beautiful blooms.  This year the leaves have fallen off and what leaves are left have gone very yellow.  Can it be saved?  Any help appreciated.

Hi Rocky, did you feed it in the spring? give it a good dose of liquid fetiliser to boost it now. If you've got any spray specifically for roses then give it a spritz of three! Is it in a pot or the border? The recent hot weather has played havoc with one or two of my plants, but the roses so far are OK, but I have been lavishing water on the pot grown ones and picking off loads of greenfly! Hey Jude.

That was sharp Ruby Red  . (although I got this name from a book I read a while ago, only realised it was a Beatles track last year lol)  Jude, it's in the border and I didn't give it any fertiliser, will get some and give it a go.  I have another Flower Carpet bush not 2 feet away from this one and that is growing great guns and has loads of buds waiting to open.  Thanks for the advice.
