My three hens are kept in a coop and run on a grass meadow.  We normally spray the meadow twice a year to keep down the weeds (we back on to open country so have lots of dandelions, daisies and buttercup).  Is it safe to use Verdone when hens are on it (it says safe once dry for animals but does this include hens?)
Any help would be gratefully received

no it dont include hens guinea pigs rabbits, they need to be on untreated grass.
dogs and cats dont normally scoff your lawn hens do

We contacted the verdone manufacturer once and they said it was fine for grazing animals once dry.

thanks Aunt Sally we will give them a ring. Perhaps spraying half the meadow at a time and keeping the girls on the other half would be a good compromise
