So true!!!  Just savour the victories and learn from the problems!!!!!!

looked at my courgettes at 1pm today and no real sign of flowers, left plot at 9 with 4 flowers and 1 1/2inch fruits, tea on monday i reckon :)

Yes, each year is a mix of success and problems - this year my carrots and peas are looking great but my spinach has come to nothing.

Ahh well, keep going ...  ;)

Would have planted mine yesterday but abandonded plot after trying to hoe weeds in heavy rain and thunder and lightning - funny nonone was else was up there  :nowink: I transported them back in my trusty wheelie trolley so will try again tonight - they are getting too big for their pots now :D

Wow how exciting, mine only have about 6 small leaves on but am hoping they'll get going now the rain has arrived. I've had some lettuce, radish and cavalo nero, and my peas and broad beans are flowering so not long till they'll be ready, a couple of weeks for the first little buttons?
