My new red gooseberry bushes have a few fruits, when should I net them please.

I'd think about doing it soon.

Looking at mine they seem to be approaching the size that attracts the interest of pigeons!

Rachel - Glad you asked - I have been thinking the same thing.  Are you going to use debris netting? or should we be using something else for this job?
