I have PSB coming up all over the place, I am sure that is what it is as I let it flower last year and wasn't very quick in pulling it out. Do you think it is worth keeping a few of the seedlings?

Well whatever it is it's a brassica and the only brassica in that bed last year was PSB so I am 99.9% sure that is what it is. The ones I grew from seed were not F1 but someone else gave me some and I don't know what variety which is why I am wondering whether to bother. I probably will keep a few just to see what happens

If they cropped well last year, then go for it.

There are a few varieties of weed that look like brassicas, last year I wondered if I'd accidently sprayed my cabbage seeds all over the allotment then realised there weren't even that many seeds in the packet.
   If by chance it is psb then you've got yourself some free seedlings so I'd say go for it PurpleBean
