first plants in for the year
« on: May 17, 2010, 21:55 »
Just put in the first plants for this year. I am very late this year. Its been cold and I have been so busy with just about any thing except the garden. But tonight 14 butternut squash and 28 courgette went in. Last year the bunnies left them alone but I am concerned for the young plants safety tonight ???
always have a target
and an objective.

I'm growing a squash called Marmellata this year, for jam making.  The key ingredient - apart from the squash - is Grappa!  Hic
