Big Daddy Sweet Pepper

I sowed some of my peppers and chillies in February on a light windowsill  - I ended up with about 60 plants, much to my surprise after dismal failure to get many to germinate last year. I placed 40 in 3" pots into my heated greenhouse in April and have neglected them some what apart from watering every 2-3 days as required. I decided to pot them on today into their final 5 litre pots and as I got to the last couple of pots I found that they have 2 or 3 peppers on them, each about 3-4 inches long. I have now re-potted into larger pots, my question is, will the plants continue to grow and produce more peppers or will they not produce more?
