hi everyone could anyone advise on how many weeks newly hatched bantams have to stay in brooder under heat . thanx

Hi i leave all my babies under heat till they are at least 6-8 weeks, then i normally take them off heat for a week or so, then put them out, but i do mother mine a bit.
Dont count ya chickens till they hatch!!!!!

hi,
in this weather ours were taken off heat at 6 weeks.

1 Miss Pepperpot
2 Light sussex (bantoms)
and
4 ex battery hens, Katie, Sam, Lucy and Camilla.
