Well done to you!  Hope that you enjoyed it.  There really is nothing like going to pick some food that you have grown.  Long may it continue!

Nothing beats picking your own home-grown produce for a great sense of achievement,  especially the way this year has been so far!

(Mind you, hope my parsnips turn out better than yours!!!)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Well done, you - looks like you weren't the first to enjoy it, though   Still waiting for my first produce, though I did enjoy some rhubarb left by the previous occupant  :D

I had rhubarb for breakfast and radishes with my lunchtime lettuce sarnies. But really looking forward to tomatoes.
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

So far i've harvested scarlet globe radish but not really to my taste, Bleughh!!!  :tongue2:

Also, my Thompson and Morgan mixed salad leaves. Lovely in homemade bread with ham or cheese. Fresher and a damn sight tastier too!!
Next thing i can't wait for are my beloved toms and runners!
