selling charity produce shop

Hi I've been asked to put a funding bid together for a shop on our comunity gardening project at the green patch Kettering Northants.

We grow veg flowers and herbs on site which we would like to sell in our own shop. Can anyone sugest a similar sucessful project that we could visit locally if possible.

Also other things we could sell with these below.

Reconditioned tools,
Secondhand gardening and cookery books.
Planters built from reclaimed materials/ kindling
seeds, feed etc.
preserves.
sunderies like gloves.
compost.

Not local but Hulme Community Garden Centre in Manchester is a good model...
