Going yellow and dropping off (courgettes)

My courgettes grew to about two inches, turned yellow and dropped off. Help, what do I need to do? :cry:

Probably got a chill or perhaps overwatered. Next ones will prob be fine

You can overwater them? Though they were thirsty plants, so maybe that's it. They were so prolific last year I was almost willing them to die off towards the end.

Young plants can be overwatered, yes. Hard to overwater once the root system is up to steam though.

Havn't watered since, but still they die. Help :cry:

It takes more than 2 days to turn them around. They need time to develop a root system in non-waterlogged soil

Yup give them a bit more time - make a promise not to look at the plants for at least a week and then go and check on them!
