Il pekin

Hi,
My pekin sandy is ill she is broody at the moment but she has only been broody for a day, she is eating and drinking fine but her breathing is a bit heavy and she keeps sneezing and then makes a big sound ( i can't explain it ) doeds anyone know what i can do to make her better?
