Recently all the shallots i have plants have come uo and started to split but some of the leaves are turning yellow any ideas?

I have a similar thing. Also I have two beds of onions and one next to my shallots has started to yellow. Have checked and roots are ok and its not frost as second onion batch and garlic is ok

nitrogen issue maybe?
