Found mice / baby rats on my lottie!!!!

Yesterday, I found 2! They seemed young - could barely walk, but they had full body fur already. First I thought they were ill, but when I got close, they managed to move pretty quickly. And I think they were eating strawberries??? I managed to lead one into a tray and took it to Gilbert, my lottie best friend, to get rid of (won't say how)  :oops: The other one got away. Should I leave them alone, or are they bad? Wouldn't want to hurt them if they aren't doing much damage, but then again, I don't want them making a home on my plot! My seeds are out of reach. What would be the best way of getting rid of them?

... that mice are ok.  Yes, the lil devils drive me nuts when they eat my seeds and nibbled through my chair, but they're only trying to survive.

Rats ... I'm not quite so generous ... I don't want rats, no thank you.
