I bought some perennial cauliflowers on the internet and planted them, now the leaves are turning purple has anyone seen this before

what variety are they?  Probably how they should be

They are Brassica oleracea 'Nine Star Perennial' got them off Victoriana nursery

[Salmo]

They are everlasting cauliflower. They will keep producing small heads over several years.

If brassicas turn blue they have either suffered a shock, are cold, are short of water, or are short of nitrogen. Take your pick. Feed and water them and they will recover.
