Time to give a feed?

Thanks! I have a box of that in the shed but it says to scatter around the plant without touching the stem. This would take me for ever I have about 100 garlics and about 60 onions. Can I not just scatter it ? Or maybe put it in the watering can? Please say yes my back can't take much more this week   

put it on the best you can without touching the foliage.if you hit some of the leaves simply get the watering can and wash it in off the leaves.
no water ???then wait until you have some heavy rain due and apply just before.jobs a good un
