what eggs are these

found these around the newly planted herbs today. saw a beautiful blue one as well. but what eggs are these. they vary in size quite a lot

hang on, when i crushed one it was whitish liquid inside (like the egg)

I did a similar thing a couple of weeks ago. I bought a bag of john innes No1 seed compost and it had little lime green balls "

" in it. Turns out that was fertiliser too!
