Chicken poo question

Some of my potted plants have had a rough winter - including being attacked by squirrels
I was going to add some  chicken pellets as I topped up the compost, but some of them are acid loving plants and some are not.
So does anyone know - is chicken poo acid, or alkaline, or suitable for any plants?
My alternative choices are BFB or liquid, none organic plant feeds, or go shopping again next week
