When do you stop picking your rhubarb? My rhubarb plant is small but is starting to grow now, should i force it or just leave it? The plant has been in now for 3 years and it dies back every year but only grows small. What should i do???

Stop picking by the end of June regardless of how many more will come up after that. And it sounds like your rhubarb is hungry so surround the plant (but not touching the stalks) with a few shovels full of compost or rotted manure asap.

I've got 3 crowns and pick up until the beginning of July, and then cover with manure in the autumn.  I must say, it's so difficult seeing the beautiful stalks post July and not be tempted to just one last crumble.

Yes,

Cut into chuncks and put into bags, lay flat in freezer till solid (this way you dont get a solid mass and you can take out just a few, and not the whole bag)

Mine dont last very long as crumble is the only ever answer I get for "what do you want for pudding"!!!!!! :)

Freezing rhubarb- Yes but I would at least part (or fully) cook it in sugared water prior to freezing.
