Our summer show is on the 14/08.

I'd like to enter a few things this year especially cauilie(All year round), romanesco etc.

As I've no idea on sowing times to try to make this date; any suggestions on brassicas?

The packet will often give some guidance of weeks from sowing to harvest. This can only be very approximate as it depends on the weather. Caulis are very unpredictable. You may need to sow several batches to get it right and produce more than you can eat.
