Preserving tomato soup

I suppose you could freeze it.

I'm lazy!  I wait until the soup is cold, Then freeze in margarine tubs.  Usually 1kg sized, and if I'm getting short of tubs.  I put a cheap sandwich bag inside the tub, fill that with the soup, take some of the air out and tie the bag.  Freeze it, then remove bag and frozen soup from tub and use it again.  The lovely rectangular blocks of soup stack nicely in the freezer too saving space!!!

I freeze mine in zip lock type bags - you can now buy reusable bags, but I find after 3 or 4 times the seal begins to go.
