have my spuds got blight?

hi my first early potato plants have began to get dark brown spots all over the leaves and on some of the stalks is this blight and if so what do i do about it? :cry:

mine have brown leaves on top - gone dry and crinkly - this damaged was caused by a slight frost from last week - my toms and dahlias were also affected - but they will all recover.

the tubers are all fine - have you lifted any of your spuds?

did you have a frost in your area? the slightest drop will burn the foliage on your spuds.

havent lifted spuds yet and we have not had a frost

Late Potato Blight attacks in August so it isn't that.
