Dropped crop

One of my hens appears to have a dropped (pendulous) crop. She's not sour, it just hangs there soft and flabby ... she seems well in herself and is laying as far as I can tell.

Any ideas or suggestions?

It's not a condition I know anything about but it seems to be to do with feeding

Other sites say it is the same as impacted crop.
