Just collected this mornings eggs and found one (i think from 1 of my ex batt's) is got a deformed shell, Blunt both ends, With 1 end wrinkled and flat on 1 side?
I've never seen an egg like it, Any ideas? Or just a happy retirement?

this is why the chicken farms get rid of these birds as the misshapen eggs don't look right in the boxes at the supermarkets (or so they think  ). Don't worry she will continue to lay but just keep a close eye on her in-case she starts laying soft shells
