I can`t claim credit for this I read it in Kitchen garden mag.After watering and when the soil has warmed up put good strong tinfoil as a mulch under peppers and aubergines to help the fruit ripen faster,also supposed to keep the roots warm.I wil be trying this on outdoor plants I think.
