Wilinson Sword Powerspade, because I want one which says it's built to be leant on and used (which it has proved to be) and it's got a long handle, which at 6ft 4in tall and long in the upper body is very important to me!
I'll be buying the matching fork this year as I've heard some ominous creaks and cracks from the handle of our existing one
Blimey! You mean you can *grow* things in soil?

To be honest I don't use a spade hardly at all.  Most of my digging is done with either a fork, Chillington Hoe/Azada, and the rotovator.  I would have to half empty the shed now to get to the spade.
