we have a corner in our garden where sun gets for couple of hours in peak summer. can you please suggest some perennial herb?
(This is one of the designer garden  we bought in and the patch am talking is a raised bed sort of)

I think parsely and mint can tolerate some shade. Why not try a selection and see how they do.

As long as the area gets SOME light I`d try anything.

My herb bed only gets sun for a couple of hours in high summer and we grow thyme, sage, chives, garlic chives, mint, red-veined sorrel,  marjoram, summer savoury, hyssop. They do ok, but the thyme doesn't always survive the winter.

so I guess Rosemary does not grow in the shade well, mine sort of look dead.
