You would not believe the problems this is causing. 

I just want something simple I can put a few trays / pots on and when its time to plant remove out of the way. I don't want to pay more than I did for the greenhouse, for a bit mechano.

I've already ruled out the plastic greenhouse style (it collapses under its own weight !) And a wooden bench style seems to be far too heavy for temporary use.

On a side note the crop bolts (Gardman) I bought don't fit my Halls frame. 

Too many options - its making my head hurt !

At the moment Im considering soldering some chicken wire to a 15mm copper pipe frame but Im open to ideas and suggestions.

I know what you said about wood, but it cost nothing, does the job and looks good too

It wouldn't be level, flat , perpendicular or square ... how on earth would I sleep at night

I use a couple of cheapo aluminimum camping tables that collapse and can be stored easily year after year.  Think they were from Argos.

I tend to agree with sunshineband. I know staging is a pain, you need it but  you need to be able to remove it quickly and safely. It needs to be robust for trays and pots. I constructed my staging one greenhouse with wood the other with angle dexion steel.
The first greenhouse I drilled out the glazing bars slightly wider in the channel (it's the type that has captive bolt channels) so I could slot the bolts up the bars to give me the correct height,  then bolted angle brackets each end - 4 in total, then placed wood laths end to end [2x2] with [2x2] as a middle stay, then flat boards as slats cross ways, pinning them in place with small nails. Takes around 30 mins to install same taking down  

In the  other greenhouse I went to a scrap yard and purchased some dexion angle steel. Fixed it by the same method with metal middle stays and then just slotted my boards in the angle. Covered both with black poly sheeting. Job done.

Dexion supports the staging at home/greenhouse, and an old metal fishtank stand is part of the construction too
