As far as I undersatnd, with Jerusalems you can just plant tubers you buy in the supermarket. 
I've just realised I haven't got any left from last year's crop so I'm going to have to go off and buy some too...

Ah what you want is a Waitrose   I'm sure they'd have them lol!

If you draw a blank, there are several traders offering them on ebay.  I got my potato tubers from there this year and was really impressed with what I got.  If I can't get Jerusalems this week in my local supermarket that's what I'll do!

Got mine from http://www.brookfieldsgc.co.uk/ a nice garden center in Nottingham.

Just check they have not been injected with Botox, covered in thick make-up with a hair band wrapped around...the sort of things that makes one fit in at Waitrose....certainly around here in Surrey.....

Now, if I can just find my jodhpurs, I should be off to the stables with my daughters Arabella and Chlamydia.....
