my 2d, usual discailers etc:

Onions.... maincrops one or two seeds to a module, pot on once they've got past the loop stage into small pots but if the ground hasn't warmed enough but tbf, probably crack them in modules, harden off in about three weeks time, plant out end of April.

Salads... 10 seeds per module, harden off once they're up, out end of April,

Pickling 6-8 seeds per module, otherwise as for salads

Multipurpose... things like Long Red Florence... 6-8 seeds per module and treat as per salads for a while, pull a few per station then leave 2-3 per to bulk up for use as small fine cooking/slicing onions.

Radish... not easy to do inside unless you have globe-rooted ones, but.... sow 20-30 seeds evenly spaced in a 6" pot, preferably a deep one  making sure that they're mostly towards the rim....they should crop in a month or so....

Tomatoes, one per module, pot on when the second true leaf opens into a 3" pot, then when it hits abour 8" into a 6" pot, then into a big pot or growbag or whatever once it's about 14".... If it's a tumbler then once the body of the plant is as big as the pot it goes from the 3" pot into its hanging basket.... if they're going outdoors then not until after the last frosts and harden off for a week to 10 days beforehand....
