Could it be campanula? I have loads of this - it self seeds. It is a biennial and will flower on the second year. I leave a patch of it for the bees and dig the rest out.

If it stays flattish (under 2 inches high), then it looks very much like wild lamb's lettuce (not sur what proper name is).  We get quite a bit, but it's fairly harmless, and easily hoed out.

Hi

I think it is Epilobium hirsutum. Its growing to a hight between 50 and 150 cm and it develops runners up to 30 cm. The stem often has a lot of soft hairs, but this depends on the location where it grows.
