Have a normal dustbin (the black plastic ones, and make sure you have a lid) ???.  Fill it with water, and then start putting in rhubarb leaves, leave them to stagnate for a couple of months (hence the lid), and starting pouring over your veg.

i thought rhubarb leaves are poisonous?

It is the oxalic acid in rhubarb leaves that makes them toxic to eat. Composting the leaves reduces this, so I would say that making liquid fertiliser would as well  :D

and no-one actually eats compost or drinks liquid manure so the oxalic acid that is left would be dispersed so as not to cause a problem, as the liquid is diluted when applied, or compost is mixed with other plant material in the bin  :D :D :D

Does not sheep dung soaked in water make a good liquid feed.

Set up a couple of gunk pipes; one for comfrey and one for nettle......and use the gunk diluted in your watering can.

Google "comfrey press"

Thems very small pipes.  I've got mine in 4" pipe and easily fill it from just 5 plants - its also the exact internal diameter of a 2ltr water bottle used as a weight.

Although I still haven't mastered the art of stopping the end falling off.

if you live near the coast seaweed makes a fantastic liquid feed with lots of trace elements. I have a load soaking in a big tub at the moment. Not much activity as it's too cold but once the weather warms up it'll get really smelly and full of goodness. If you make these liquid feeds don't forget to dilute them before applying.
