Went down today and for once not much to do.

Everything that's needs to be in i in and just waiting now for the warmer weather so that the next lot of crops can go in.

I did use Glycophosphate weed killer on all my paths and non growing areas.
99% Organic and 1% Slug Pellets.

Allotment holder since 27th May 2007.

Everything is in that I can put in for now :)....very tempted to bury puppy while I was at it!  ::)While my back was turned she brought in pots (shake any remaining compost over the carpet and chew thoroughly) parsley seedlings (same) worms (same) canes (same) You may ask why I didn't shut the door.......Cos I didn't realise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And anyway, wouldn't have anything to moan about, not even the weather. :(

Now I just have to keep her...re-named Houdini...off the plot.

Dismantled a shed and took it to plot ( with the help of my nephew and his trailer ) that someone had kindly given me.
Know I am aching all over, mainly back.... so think a shower and early night is the order of the rest of the day
I came I saw I grew my own veg

I dont have an alloctment but a big back graden.
Today I built my greenhouse for the tomatoes, sowed the tomato seeds, along with courgette, peas, carrots, french beans and some scummy looking spinach!
Am digging over the last patch tomorrow for the onions, have left it this late as it has been sooo soggy!
Think i will sow the remaining flower seeds tomorrow have a few packs of marigolds that need to go in!
What flowers and methods does everyone use to cross germinate?

Lab cross terrier we think. Went to lab rescue as a lab at 8 weeks but it was obviously a cross even at that age.

Been sorting out the netting for the brasica patch, redid the pea surports as DD's. and did some dreaded weeding    well not so much weeds as poppy plants from a neigbours lottie, why can't they dead head them before they spread.

I finished putting up my Greenhouse :D :D Put up the staging, laid the Slabs and dug the border I'll be planting in and mixed in with it lashings of Chicken pellets. Absolutley pleased with myself that after two years of having the plot it is now where I wanted it to be. The Greenhouse was the final piece of the plan :D :D
