Worked until 10pm when it was just still light.  Not much left to do in terms of tidying, edging and weeding.  Watering as always, put some lettuce, spring onions, radishes and fennel seed in, tidied up the second and third sweetcorn beds and rearranged the plants that came up into something resembling a block.

Nibbled the carrot thinnings, first few peas and a handful of strawberries as I worked my way round. Strange how little ends up making it home some days...

Early to the plot 'cos it's going to be a scorcher, watered everything, finally finished the weeding, now if only the brasicca seedlings will get a shift on I'll have something to put there. Sowed some carrots, salad bowl green, built a frame for the cues to go up and picked some more strawberries then back for breakfast :tongue2:

Just got back, nipped up there for 5.15am (first time I have seen that time in a fair few years- am a night owl) and watered and weeded/ hoed the tomatoe patch :)

Felt guilty as faffed so much in g/house last night that it was too dark to go and water  ;)
I meant to nab some peas too as there is another small crop for harvesting which would have been nice for at my desk today but forgot (numpty!) Now settled with a cuppa for 15 mins watching the nes before getting ready for work (groan!)

Pottered in the greenhouse pinching out flowers on the basil and potting on a couple of cuttings. Yes OK, Suzie haven't actually finished the weeding(I wish) :tongue2:  just a particular patch I wanted to clear ::)
